Wednesday Weigh-In: Shocked Edition

In lieu of my "back on track" movement, I am bringing back Wednesday Weigh-Ins.  I know it gets monotonous, but I really do my best when I'm tracking my progress.



I woke up at 4am this morning, yes you read that right.  4 ante freaking meridiem. I made the best of my extra morning hours by busting my rear end at the gym.  I even weighed myself.  I haven't done this in quite awhile, so I was really expecting the worst.  Like my original 190 lbs worse. (so maybe I'm a drama queen?)
and this is what I saw:

I know.  This number is not 190 lbs! It's not even close! I can still keep my #25 button! I didn't completely ruin all of my hard work in the month of December, essentially I've only gained 4/10ths of a pound!!!

I'm feeling GREAT today y'all, and it can only go up from here. (or should i say down?) <3
